Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow along every step of the way.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or another carrier selected by Surprise Lily based on your location and order size. Once your package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are determined by them and are not guaranteed by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Surprise Lily is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@shopsurpriselily.com and we'll do our best to make it right before it ships.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but can't be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number as a first step. We're always happy to help however we can — just reach out and we'll do our best to assist.

Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase! If not, we are happy to work with you.
Items are eligible for return if:
- All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are shipped back or returned to the store within 14 days from the original purchase date
- All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
- Sale merchandise, swimwear, intimates, consumables and seasonal items (including fascinators) are a final sale.
For online returns, please contact us at info@shopsurpriselily.com to request exchange/return. Once approved, items must be shipped back to our location within 5 days of initial contact. Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any odor. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange should condition of item not be in new condition. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
