Do you have a physical store? Yes! We're located in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky at 1386 Bardstown Road. Stop in and shop your season in person — we'd love to see you. You can also shop with us online anytime at www.shopsurpriselily.com.

Do you carry gift cards? We do! Gift cards are available for purchase in store and online. 

Do you support local makers? Supporting local artists and makers is something we genuinely care about. You'll find locally made products throughout the store — it's part of what makes shopping with us feel different.

Can I place an order by phone? Absolutely! Give us a call during store hours and we'll be happy to help you place an order. Have the product name(s) ready and we'll take it from there.

How long will it take to receive my order? We work hard to get your order out quickly! Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes! If you're local to Louisville, you can choose in-store pickup during online checkout. We'll let you know when your order is ready, and you can stop by the shop to pick it up.

What does "shop by season" mean? Shop by Season is a personal color approach that helps you discover whether Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter colors best complement your natural coloring. At Surprise Lily, we organize our collections — both online and in-store — by season so you can shop with intention and easily find colors that make you feel your best.

Do I need to know my season to shop here? Not at all! Our team loves helping customers explore what works for them. Whether you know your season or are just starting to discover it (explore here), we'll help you find pieces that feel like you.
