Thank you for thinking of Surprise Lily for your fundraiser! As a small, locally owned business, we receive a high volume of donation requests throughout the year.

Please note that priority will be given to organizations and causes that are supported by our shop patrons.

To ensure each request can be thoughtfully considered, please complete the form below and submit your request at least 30 days before your event.

While we wish we could support every organization that reaches out, we appreciate your understanding as we carefully consider each request.
