Items are eligible for return if:

• All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
• Items are shipped back or returned to the store within 14 days from the original purchase date
• All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
• Sale merchandise, swimwear, intimates, consumables, and seasonal items (including fascinators) are final sale

Online Returns

To initiate an online return or exchange, please contact us at info@shopsurpriselily.com. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days of initial contact. Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of any odor. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in new condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
