We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.
Processing & Handling Time

Carriers & Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, or another carrier selected by Surprise Lily based on your location and order size. Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timelines are determined by them and are not guaranteed by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Surprise Lily is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Lost or Delayed Packages

- Items are shipped back or returned to the store within 14 days from the original purchase date
- All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
- Sale merchandise, swimwear, intimates, consumables, and seasonal items (including fascinators) are final sale
Online Returns
To initiate an online return or exchange, please contact us at info@shopsurpriselily.com. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days of initial contact. Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of any odor. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in new condition.
