Our first ever lip balm, Sweet Mint, has been our best seller since the very beginning! We’ve perfected our recipe, which results in a perfectly smooth and minty lip balm. Every Poppy & Pout lip balm is made with 100% natural ingredients and hand-poured into eco-friendly cardboard tubes!
🌼 100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS We only use ingredients that are 100% natural. No parabens, phthalates, or petrolatum. Our coconut oil is USDA certified organic and we are Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free!

🌼 ABOUT POPPY & POUT We have been making our all-natural lip care products by hand in Idaho since 2014. Our lip balms are made from ethically sourced beeswax, organic coconut oil, and sunflower oil. We then add a hint of essential oils and/or natural flavor oils and a drop of Vitamin E. That's it! Simple ingredients for perfectly hydrated lips.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow along every step of the way.
Carriers & Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, or another carrier selected by Surprise Lily based on your location and order size. Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timelines are determined by them and are not guaranteed by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Surprise Lily is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@shopsurpriselily.com and we’ll do our best to make it right before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but can’t be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number as a first step. We’re always happy to help however we can — just reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

We hope you love your purchase! If not, we are happy to work with you.
Items are eligible for return if:
- All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are shipped back or returned to the store within 14 days from the original purchase date
- All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
- Sale merchandise, swimwear, intimates, consumables, and seasonal items (including fascinators) are final sale
Online Returns
To initiate an online return or exchange, please contact us at info@shopsurpriselily.com. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days of initial contact. Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of any odor. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in new condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
